The FLATS on Middleton Road keep leaving their bins outside constantly!!!!! How hard is it to put your bins away at the end of the day?????? It even worse when is windy so then all bins are all over the road and before i can drive past i have to get out and pull them away!!!!!!!!!It cant be that hard i’ve got a full time job and i managed to do it every friday. Arggggggggggggggg
