Following on from the successful Community Clean Up Day that took place in May we are holding a CLEAN UP event this Saturday morning between 10:30 and 12:30.
If you are able to give two hours of your time to help out with picking up bits of litter around the estate it would be very welcomed. The grass cutters have also been out this week and it would be really good if took this opportunity to once again gave Middlemore a spruce up before Autumn and Winter start to set in.
Bin bags, Gloves, litter picking sticks will be provided, however if you have your own please feel free to bring these with you.
Our landlady at Middlemore Farm has agreed that we can use the pub as a meeting place. Refreshments will be available (and perhaps a biscuit may be on offer).
We will be holding a further Halloween themed clean up on Saturday 31st October. Those who would like to participate are encouraged to come along in fancy dress if they wish. A sweet treat will be given to any children who participate.
