I am the Community Safety Officer at Daventry District Council and following some reports of local youths gathering and on occasion causing a nuisance the Daventry District & South Northamptonshire Community Safety Partnership have funded 6 x sessions of detached youth work on the estate. The Streetvibe Team will be easily visible as they will be bringing along the “youth bus” which has a chill-out area & IT suite.
The will be parked opposite the Middlemore pub on Thursday evenings 5pm – 7pm from 28th July – 25th August 2011. The sessions are aimed at 12 – 19 year olds and are free of charge.
All staff are CRB checked.
