Dear Middlemore Residents,
Residents may have received a leaflet from Community Communications Partnership regarding an online consultation being conducted on behalf of KSW & Christchurch concerning proposals for up to 260 new homes on land to the north-west of Ashby Road, Daventry (A361), as shown in the accompanying image.
The consultation closes on 7 June.
The site under consultation is identified as Phase 1 in the image. The map also indicates an area referred to as Phase 2, which may be considered for future development.
The Residents Association has received comments and enquiries from residents regarding the proposals. To better understand local views and respond to the consultation a residents meeting has been arranged at the Middlemore Farm Public House on Tuesday 2 June at 7:30 pm. (We will be meeting just up the steps to the left). Middlemore Residents are invited to attend and share their views.
