Planning application for last remaining site on Middlemore

A planning application has been submitted for a housing development on Farnborough Drive.

Planning application WND/2024/0598 has been submitted proposing a build of 30 homes. The site in question is the land in front of Astley Hall nursing home, land originally purchased by are the owners of Crowncare

THIS APPLICATION WILL BE DISCUSSED AT THE RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION MEETING ON 28TH FEBRUARY meeting is being held at Middlemore Farm public house at 7pm.

To have your say comments must be submitted to the planning officer no later than 1st March 2023. (Comments will not be accepted by West Northamptonshire Council after this date)

  1. Hi Karen, I am not opposed to development however for 30 houses I believe there should be a minimum of 75 parking places ie 2 per household plus 15 guest spots. If this minmum is not provided, Farnborough Drive will become a Car Park and impassable
