This Wednesday evening – 6th September 2017 at 7.30pm representatives on behalf of Crown Care, Nick Kemp and Mark Massey, are meeting with members of the Resident’s Association to answer questions regarding the proposed retirement village on Farnborough Drive opposite the Bellway site.
This meeting was organised by Councillor Ken Ritchie who will also be in attendance.
Middlemore Residents Association have already expressed a number of concerns and asked the developers for clarification on a number of matters. We will be using this opportunity to ensure that residents are satisfied with the answers before the application is heard by Daventry District Council planning committee (expected date mid-September). All residents are invited to attend or alternatively, if you have any questions you would like posing, please forward these to us in advance via the website or the Facebook page.
We cannot guarantee all comments will be taken on board by the developers but please bear in mind that this is your last opportunity to voice any concern
