We are planning to hold a celebration on Sunday 7th May – would you care to join us ???
Coronation weekend is just weeks away and we need to get this party started !! We hope to have some fun activities for the children, possibly a fancy dress competition and more besides.
There’s lots to plan behind the scenes including applying for licences to use the land and sort out the insurance. Before we continue with all the hard graft to make the event a success we need to hear from you.
Would you like to come and join us? Can you contribute some ideas, get involved in the planning, help on the day . Have you got an independent business and would like a stall on the day ?
We are also looking for a bouncy castle operator (who must have proof of insurance), a face painter and other ideas to keep the children entertained.
